The law firm Piotraut Giné Avocats has its new headquarters near the longest street in Paris, Avenue Victor Hugo in the popular 16th arrondissement. In a restored historical 19th century building, the young team of attorneys services international clients. 

Since the autumn of 2016, all meetings and appointments have been taking place at new conference tables of Thonet’s range S 8000. Chairs of range S 55, also by Thonet, are grouped around two models of the sculptural table in two different lengths. The conference table system S 8000 designed in 2010 by architect Hadi Teherani was used in two rooms of the office: S 8004 offers room for up to 16 discussion participants, and the smaller version S 8001 has space for up to eight chairs. Both tables were delivered to the Paris law firm as special models in the colour Avonite white, including the integrated media storage in the centre of the table.

The striking metal bracket that continues like a ribbon on the surface of the tabletop and hides the multimedia modules for video conferences and other occasions is the key element of range S 8000. In combination with the cantilever chairs of range S 55 in the fully upholstered version S 56 PVF (design: Thonet Design Team, 2010), it creates an elegant and representative working atmosphere in the listed old building with stucco ceilings. The chairs with their steel-blue leather covers provide a high degree of seating comfort thanks to the upholstered back- and armrests and match the logo of the Paris law firm.
