Versatile chairs for a versatile house: bentwood classics 214 and 209 furnish “Graanmarkt 13”
The historical building Graanmarkt 13 in Antwerp houses a luxury apartment, a restaurant, a gallery, an event venue and a boutique. The challenge to furnish it was hence particularly multifaceted. The seventeenth-century townhouse was renovated by Vincent Van Duysen, one of Belgium’s best architects, and then transformed into a stylish and inviting place with a unique claim – where everyone should feel at ease – by the owners, Tim Van Geloven and Ilse Cornelissens.
