An oasis in the urban jungle: The Anouki restaurant in the Charlottenburg district of Berlin combines Parisian charm with hearty French fare in a colourful, modern setting. The restaurant shares a building with the B.Loved apartment house by Pures Leben. Anouki takes diners on a culinary journey through France – from Alsace down to the Côte d’Azur. This journey begins the minute diners walk through the colourful entrance that leads to the bar. It continues past vibrant, intensely coloured walls of sunny yellow, indigo blue and forest green. The rustic parquet floor provides a cosy, stylish base for the bistro’s vivid design. In addition to the spacious interior, there is also seating on the terrace for guests to enjoy the restaurant’s numerous coffee specialities, select wines, and menu of classic and newly interpreted dishes almost round the clock.

The restaurant’s theme of time-honoured pieces with a contemporary twist is also reflected in the seating choices: 29 Thonet 118 wooden chairs in a glossy black hue with fine canework seats as well as the matching 118 H bar chairs have been harmoniously integrated into Marisa Möller’s interior concept. Next to the upholstered furniture in vivid blue and red tones, the sophisticated, high-gloss chairs by Sebastian Herkner epitomise the bistro’s cheerful, elegant vibe.
