For over a decade, the market research company Heinze GmbH has been recognising businesses in the construction industry with the ARCHITECTS' DARLING Awards. A national survey of architects and designers evaluates products in 23 categories to determine the brand award winners. Prizes in an additional 14 categories are awarded by a high-calibre specialist panel. These representatives from renowned architectural practices use the market research data as a basis for their selections, rewarding the companies that they see as pioneers in the sector.
In 2023, Thonet GmbH was awarded a silver medal in the Best Social Media category. The 23-strong panel of prominent designers and architects judged the look and feel of the Thonet Instagram account, along with its content and added value. In particular, the panel highlighted the visual appeal and consistently high-quality presentation of a range of content.
