TIME TAGESBAR, MUNICH

Located directly on Leopoldstraße, the Time Tagesbar enriches Munich’s new creative quarter at Schwabinger Tor. Right in the centre of the city, with perfect connections and numerous leisure possibilities, guests are invited to relax, feel good or work on two levels and enjoy the modern ambience. Matching its name, the Tagesbar offers all-day hospitality, including breakfast and lunch menus that alternate weekly, selected coffee specialties, and refreshing drinks in the evening. All meals are prepared with preferrably local products. The additional spaces, for which interior designer Sebastian Zenker combined blue and green colour highlights with black-and-white elements, can be booked for diversified events.

Due to the Time Tagesbar’s comprehensive offer, the furnishing needed to be adaptable for various uses. In addition to the bar and lounge area, small bistro tables provide an opportunity for peacefully enjoying meals. Zenker chose the minimalistically elegant chair model 118 from the Thonet portfolio. Sebastian Herkner’s classic wooden chair 118 was used in a black version with a cane work seat and can be found throughout the Time Tagesbar.
