Thonet S 160 SPF chosen by SCAP for its multi-purpose treatment room in Luxembourg
SCAP is a lifeline for young people with ADD or ADHD and their families in Luxembourg. It runs a day centre offering advisory services and support for children and young people with attention deficit disorders and psychomotor delays. Taking a holistic approach, SCAP draws on a variety of pedagogical and clinical methods in the treatment it offers, including neurobiology, psychology and other specialisms.
The interior design experts at Bureau Moderne have designed a multi-purpose room for SCAP that is tailored specifically to its wide-ranging, interdisciplinary work. To ensure the space can be used flexibly, the designers have opted for Thonet’s S 160 SPF stacking chair with arm rests. This model is easily adapted to a variety of uses, from group therapy sessions for children or young people to meetings with parents as well as training courses for the specialists and teachers. In addition, four S 1609 stacking trolleys have been supplied that allow the chairs to be stacked and moved to one side in order to maximise space.
